- The partnership will allow Experian’s customer base to be able to carry out automated digital identity verification checks as part of the customer journey, making the end-to-end onboarding process seamless for clients and partners.
- Experian fuses generative AI technology from OCR Labs for automated document verification, liveness and face-matching to complement its CrossCore fraud management platform.
- OCR Labs changed its name to IDVerse to better reflect its comprehensive expertise focus on identity verification technology. The new name combines the words “ID” for identity and “verse” for universe, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing an expansive and universal approach to identity verification.
By working with IDVerse, Experian will allow its entire customer base to carry out identity verification checks as part of the customer journey. It also enables Experian to widen its partner ecosystem, making the end-to-end onboarding process seamless for clients and consumers.
The partnership will allow Experian to offer a fully automated identity verification solution to its clients that complements its leading CrossCore fraud management ecosystem. In addition to providing future-proof strategies, the combined solution will also help catch fraud more quickly, improve compliance, and improve customer satisfaction.
